Baby Room Practitioner

About the Role:

As a Baby Room Practitioner, you will:

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-2 years. Build strong attachments and provide a loving, secure environment where babies feel safe and confident to explore. Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities that support

early communication and language

,

personal, social and emotional development

, and

physical development

. Observe, assess and record each child's progress, tailoring experiences to their individual needs. Work closely with parents to ensure a consistent approach to each baby's routine, wellbeing and development. Maintain a calm, clean, and engaging environment that promotes sensory exploration and early learning.
What We're Looking For:

A

full and relevant Level 3 qualification

in Early Years.

Recent experience working with babies

in a nursery or childcare setting. A warm, responsive and reflective practitioner who understands the importance of early attachments. A strong understanding of child development, particularly from birth to two years. Passion for promoting early communication, language skills, and emotional wellbeing.
