Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate

Dental Nurse

to join our friendly dental practice. You will play a key role in supporting dentists during treatments, ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations, and delivering excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities

Assist dentists during a range of dental procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, including sterilisation of instruments Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after treatment Provide pre- and post-treatment advice to patients Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes Adhere to infection control, health, and safety regulations Support with appointment scheduling and patient correspondence Educate patients on oral health care Assist with stock control and ordering supplies Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming practice environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred Recognised Dental Nursing qualification (UK) Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Basic IT skills for digital records and appointment systems Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Friendly, caring, and professional attitude

Working Hours

Monday - Friday:

8:45am - 5:30pm

Saturday:

8:45am - 1:00pm (2 Saturdays per month)
