is a modern and innovative dental practice providing bespoke treatments and a thoroughly luxurious journey for the patients of Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas.

As our practice is growing in size, we are looking for a friendly, patient-focused dental nurse to join our expanding team.

This is not just a regular dental nurse role. At Dental on the Banks, our nurses play a very active role in our patient journey, and fantastic opportunities for progression are provided. Additional responsibilities will include intra-oral scans, clinical photography, radiography, implant nursing, sedation nursing, orthodontic nursing and much more.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care by assisting with dental procedures and ensuring patient comfort. Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules efficiently. Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and providing information about treatments. Utilize IT systems for record-keeping and scheduling, ensuring data accuracy. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Uphold customer service standards to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong patient care skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Effective time management and organisational abilities Basic IT skills for record-keeping and patient management Customer service experience in a healthcare setting Willingness to learn and develop as a Trainee Dental Nurse
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
