About the practice
We are a friendly, well-established private dental practice looking for a qualified, GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join our close-knit and supportive team. Our practice offers a wide range of treatments including oral surgery, implant dentistry, IV sedation, and general family dentistry, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a calm, welcoming, and respectful environment.

The Role
You will be an important part of our day-to-day practice life, working closely with dentists, nurses, and the wider team to ensure our clinics run smoothly and our patients feel supported from the moment they arrive.
This role offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to be involved in both routine family dentistry and more advanced treatments such as implants, oral surgery, and sedation.
Key Responsibilities
Chairside assistance across:
Oral surgery
Implant dentistry
Sedation procedures
General and family dentistry
Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment with a calm, friendly, and reassuring manner
Preparing surgeries and equipment to a high standard
Assisting with sedation monitoring and patient recovery (following training and protocols)
Maintaining excellent standards of cross-infection control in line with HTM 01-05 and CQC requirements
Accurate record keeping and clinical support
Helping with stock control and general surgery organisation
Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, supportive, and enjoyable workplace
What We're Looking For
Qualified Dental Nurse with current GDC registration
A warm, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
A genuine team player who enjoys supporting others
Confident with general dentistry and keen to learn new skills
Experience in implants, oral surgery, or sedation is welcome but not essential
Good understanding of HTM 01-05 and infection control procedures
Organised, reliable, and patient-focused
