Part time temporary maternity cover - Qualified Dental Nurse

Due to exciting staff developments, we are seeking a

part-time temporary Qualified Dental Nurse

to provide maternity cover and join our friendly and supportive team. We are a busy private practice, in the city centre, offering a wide range of treatments including implants, Invisalign and facial aesthetics making this an exciting and varied role. The practice is independently owned and offers the latest in digital dentistry.

This is a

temporary position

offering a

competitive salary

depending on experience and qualifications. There will also be the opportunity to discuss the possibility of this role becoming

permanent

at the end of the maternity cover period.

We are looking for someone who has exceptional customer service and communication skills who can work chair-side and with our reception team.

Qualifications

GDC registration and compliance Strong patient care and customer service skills Proficient in English with excellent communication abilities Background in nursing with relevant certifications Solid IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling Exceptional organisational skills to maintain a smooth workflow in the practice

Responsibilities:

Cross infection and decontamination Chair side support Provide patient care Maintain patient records Experience on Exact (SOE) advantageous but not essential Preparing and streilisation of instruments Process radiographs Monitor surgery stock Knowledge of CQC requirements

Experience:

Dental nursing: 1 year (required)
