We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. Duties

Assist dentists during various dental procedures, including preparing instruments and materials Ensure patient comfort and provide reassurance throughout treatments Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment notes using IT systems Prepare the treatment room before appointments, ensuring all equipment is sterilised and ready for use Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and health & safety regulations Provide post-treatment advice to patients and answer any questions they may have Support with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient correspondence Maintain stock levels of dental supplies and organise storage efficiently

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Nurse or in a similar healthcare support role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Basic IT skills for record keeping and utilisation of dental practice management software Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with patients, dentists, and team members A recognised qualification in Nursing or Dental Nursing is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to undertake relevant training is essential

Pay: 12.25-15.50 per hour
