Duties

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilised appropriately Provide exceptional patient care by offering reassurance, explaining procedures, and ensuring patient comfort throughout treatments Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, including updating personal details and treatment notes Maintain high standards of infection control and sterilisation in line with health and safety regulations Organise appointment schedules efficiently to optimise clinic workflow Support with administrative tasks such as answering queries, managing patient correspondence, and maintaining the cleanliness of the treatment areas Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and external healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery

Experience

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment is desirable; training will be provided for suitable candidates seeking to develop their skills Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective patient interaction and team collaboration Basic IT skills for managing electronic health records and appointment systems are required Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment A caring attitude with a focus on delivering excellent patient care is vital Knowledge of nursing principles relevant to dental care will be advantageous but can be developed through on-the-job training
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
