We are a friendly, modern private dental clinic in Ipswich looking for an experienced Dental Nurse to join our team.

About the Role

Part-time: Tuesdays & Thursdays Immediate start available Supporting dentists with a full range of private treatments Maintaining high standards of cross-infection control Providing excellent patient care and chairside assistance

What We're Looking For

Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse Previous experience in a private or mixed practice preferred Reliable, professional and patient-focused Strong communication and organisational skills

Duties

Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilised appropriately Provide excellent patient care, including explaining procedures, comforting anxious patients, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems and ensure confidentiality at all times Prepare treatment rooms before appointments, including setting up equipment and ensuring cleanliness Support with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient correspondence Adhere to health and safety protocols, including infection control procedures Support with the organisation of stock levels and ordering supplies as needed Communicate effectively with patients and team members to promote a positive environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
