Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Dental Nurse to become a key member of our team during the practice takeover. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch patient care. You will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth operation of our surgeries. The practice is open 9-5 Monday to Friday, we are open to flexible working patterns/days.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists in a range of procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Prepare and maintain clinical areas before and after treatments.
Sterilise instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols.
Provide chair-side assistance during dental procedures.
Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Offer compassionate and informative patient care, addressing any queries or concerns.
Support the practice's administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing stock supplies.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:
Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration.
Proven experience in a similar role within a dental practice.
Strong understanding of dental procedures and infection control protocols.

Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
Proficient in IT and Exact SOE dental software.
