We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. Duties

Assist dentists during various dental procedures by preparing instruments and materials. Ensure all clinical areas are clean, sterile, and well-organised in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional patient care by offering reassurance, explaining procedures, and ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit. Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, including updating treatment notes and scheduling appointments. Support with administrative tasks such as booking appointments, handling patient enquiries, and maintaining stock levels of dental supplies. Adhere to infection control protocols at all times to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of basic IT systems relevant to dental practice management is advantageous. Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members. Experience in patient care or nursing roles will be considered a significant asset. Organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently within a busy clinical environment.
