Job Description

Hybrid opportunity with travel across Eastern Education Group sites 1 FTE - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent Salary: 24,404 per annum - 25,183 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
We are seeking a highly organised Quality Administrator to support the delivery of quality assurance and improvement activities across our group. This role is integral to maintaining high standards, ensuring the smooth coordination of quality review processes, accurate record keeping, and effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders. You will work closely with the Quality Team and wider colleagues to ensure all quality processes are fully supported and documented, particularly as our offering evolves.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. You will be confident handling confidential information, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Experience in an educational or quality assurance environment is desirable, but not essential.
