We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Compliance and Quality Manager to maintain and elevate our care homes in Norfolk and Suffolk.
As our Compliance and Quality Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our services meet and exceed regulatory standards. You'll lead on audits, drive continuous improvement, and champion best practices across our care homes -- all while making a real difference in people's lives.
You will be based out of our Norwich Head Office, but regular travel to our homes across Norfolk and Suffolk is required.
We're looking for someone with:
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
Proven experience in internal auditing, compliance, and quality management systems.
Strong analytical and report writing skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive, resilient mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage internal audits across all services.
Monitor compliance with CQC and PAMMS standards.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
Support and guide teams to uphold quality and safety standards.
Build strong relationships across the organisation to foster a culture of excellence.
Benefits:
Annual salary 50,000 - 60,000 - depending on experience
