Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Controller to join our team. The Quality Controller will be pivotal in maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards. Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures, ensuring adherence to HACCP regulations. Analyse data from inspections and tests to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and provide guidance on best practices. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken. Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality control measures and standards. Assist in the development and refinement of quality control processes to enhance product reliability.

Experience

Proven experience in a quality assurance role or similar position within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Strong understanding of HACCP principles and quality assurance methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
