Following our recent win of the prestigious Ministry of Defence (MoD) driver training contract, Hughes Driver Training is on the hunt for an exceptional Quality Manager (SHEQ) to take our standards to the next level.

You'll be at the heart of ensuring our Quality Management System not only meets but exceeds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other key industry standards. This is your chance to shape quality strategy in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, driving continuous improvement across one of the UK's largest and most ambitious driver training contracts. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards. Lead internal audits and manage external ISO audits. Manage processes and procedure for SHEQ on training sites and offices Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as

Ofsted, ESFA, and DVSA

. Drive continuous improvement and staff engagement with quality and SHEQ processes. Produce regular reports and support operational teams in maintaining high standards.

About You:

Experienced in

ISO 9001

(Lead/Internal Auditor qualification desirable). Experienced in

ISO 14001

(Lead/Internal Auditor qualification desirable). Skilled in auditing, compliance, and process improvement. Excellent attention to detail with strong communication skills. Experience in a

training, logistics, or regulated industry

preferred.
