Offering an accessible, transparent and contemporary range of first and final mile delivery solutions to some of the most prestigious companies in the UK, Onit was founded in 2019 to set a higher standard in Transport Services for the benefit of our customers, couriers and team members. Fast forward 7 years and we're continuing to grow rapidly, driven by doing the right thing, and guided by:
Our Values
SEE INSIDE THE BOX.
We believe that it's never 'just a box'. Every delivery has a purpose as well as a destination, so for us, simply getting it from A to B doesn't quite cut it. By understanding why and always showing up one step ahead, we are the exceptional service we want to receive.
HANDLE WITH CARE
. We believe that trust is an ongoing exchange. It's built through integrity, transparency, attention to detail, and really listening. By taking pride in everything we do and handling every delivery as if it's our own, we achieve the right results, in the right way.
THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX.
We believe continuous improvement is an ever-present call to action. We are energised by a challenge, and by bringing an open and positive mindset, we create solutions, not excuses. By instinctively knowing when to think bigger, we drive change and empower full potential.
WE'RE ONIT TOGETHER.
We believe that the secret to logistics is people. For us, connection is everything, Success comes from working together, sharing ideas, and using our voices without fear. By building meaningful and long-lasting partnerships, with everyone playing their part, we deliver a legacy we are proud of.
