Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at King and Drury Construction in Chichester. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building projects. They will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.

Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Budgeting skills Knowledge of building and construction processes Experience in project management and contract administration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Proficiency in construction management software Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
