Salary is negotiable based on experience.

50k to 4 million

What you'll be doing:

Managing valuations, payment applications, and commercial reporting Working closely with site teams to capture changes and maximise value Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues Visiting sites, pricing tenders, and supporting the full project lifecycle Driving clear communication and smart commercial decisions
What we're looking for:

5+ years in Quantity Surveying working across civils/groundworks Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Confident using Excel, measuring software, and reading drawings A team player who likes getting stuck in CSCS card and ability to pass Prison Security Clearance Degree qualified or equivalent experience
