Responsibilities:
Monitoring profit and loss
Liaising with clients, site managers and project managers
Measuring construction works on-site
Cost forecasting
Preparing tender and contract documents
Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards
Submitting regular budget reports
Contracts and procurement
Ability to negotiate Contracts
Requirements
Great Commercial knowledge
Brickwork experience or background
Ability to liaise with current and future clients
A strong amount of year experience as Quantity Surveyor
BSc Hons in Civil Engineering or Commercial Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 150.00-300.00 per day
