Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (pre Contract Focused)
Job Description
Antac Support Services provide high-quality facilities maintenance to a range of commercial clients across the UK. We have expanded by 50% in recent years and as we continue to grow, we're seeking commercial professionals who are confident managing pre contract tenders.
We're looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our fast paced, work-winning team in Faringdon / High Wycombe. In this role, you will support the commercial team on upcoming tenders across our M&E, Core and Projects divisions.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
Lead the pricing and preparation of tender submissions ranging from 100K to 2.5M Break down project scopes into clear deliverables and develop programmes using supplier lead times Produce detailed Traffic Management Plans--considering risks, constraints, and logistics from day one Create structured RFQs and manage end-to-end communications with subcontractors Build comprehensive risk registers--thinking ahead and mitigating issues before they arise
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years in a QS or Estimator role Strong understanding of building fabric and M&E Advanced Excel capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills
