The Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Quantity Surveyor

to join our

Construction Division

, initially supporting the delivery of 125 New Build residential units in North Devon, but with a diverse range of projects to follow. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key commercial responsibilities and be part of a dynamic and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee cost management, budgeting, and procurement strategies
? Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency
? Prepare Budgets, Cash Flows, valuations, variations, CVR's and final accounts
? Lead contract administration and risk management processes
? Ensure accurate financial and commercial reporting throughout project lifecycles
? Work collaboratively with project teams to drive cost efficiencies

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Quantity Surveyor

, ideally including residentialdevelopments Strong commercial acumen and cost control expertise Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ideally based near

Exeter

for office and site visits Relevant qualifications HND/HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying. RICS/CIOB preferred but not essential.
