About Us



ECS was established in 1999 as a specialist provider of engineered solutions for the UK high-voltage cable industry. Over the years, we have partnered with leading global manufacturers and delivered major projects, including connections for the London Olympic Park, offshore wind farms, and critical subsea repairs.

We supply and install cables and accessories up to 400kV, supported by an in-house team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians. Our expertise covers both oil-filled and XLPE systems, with full accreditation for working in substations and offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage all commercial aspects of projects. Prepare and review cost estimates, valuations, and final accounts. Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Assess and manage variations, compensation events, and contractual claims. Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

Requirements:



Proven experience working with

NEC contracts

. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
