Quantity Surveyor

to join a respected

Tier 2 contractor

in Gloucester. You'll play a vital role in managing the commercial delivery of

design & build projects

across the South West, working within a collaborative and ambitious team that delivers quality construction with precision and professionalism.

Role Overview

As a

Quantity Surveyor

, you will be responsible for:


Managing the commercial aspects of multiple live projects. Preparing cost plans, valuations, and final accounts. Overseeing subcontractor procurement, payments, and performance. Working closely with Project Managers to ensure financial efficiency. Producing accurate forecasts and monthly reports. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants.

About You

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment. Strong commercial and contractual understanding (JCT / NEC). Excellent organisational and communication skills. Confident working independently and as part of a team. Ambitious, detail-driven, and financially astute.
