Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Quantity Surveyor with proven working industry knowledge to manage costs for our civils and groundwork projects. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets for civils and groundworks initiative. Develop and maintain accurate timelines, ensuring efficient project delivery. Monitor construction progress, evaluating work against budget and schedule. Assess risks and provide proactive recommendations to optimize resources. Work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment. Prepare and present financial reports, valuations, and final accounts.

Experience

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. Excel). Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
