, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial team across our on going works at
Sizewell C
. Your contribution will be vital to ensuring commercial success, operational efficiency, and alignment with our values and mission. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will help shape the financial and contractual outcomes of major infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Management
Measurement, valuation, and contractual correspondence.
Procurement and management of subcontractors and material orders.
Submission of interim and final accounts.
Identification and valuation of compensation events.
Cost Control & Reporting
Budget preparation and maintenance.
Progress monitoring and material reconciliations.
Weekly production reporting.
Financial reporting including cost/value reconciliations and cash flows.
Project Support
Attendance at progress meetings.
Maintenance of site diaries and as-built records.
General administration and staff training as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Desirable:
Working towards chartered status .
Experience in UK infrastructure or earthmoving projects.
