Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our building solutions team team based in London.

Location:

London

Hours:

40 hours a week



We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the

building solutions

team, supporting them in delivering high-quality refurbishment and re-cladding projects across London.



Your day to day will include:


Managing the commercial resources of assigned projects to maximise planned gross margin Tendering, evaluating, and appointing consultants and subcontractors, and placing orders for materials and plant Measuring and valuing work to support invoicing and payments Identifying and negotiating variations to contracts Producing monthly reports and forecasts including VCRs and End Life Forecasts

What are we looking for?

This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:


You have relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying desirable) You have experience in a similar role with strong organisational and communication skills You're confident using Microsoft Office and other IT packages You're flexible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

If a driving licence is required, it does not need to be a UK Driving Licence, just a Full Driving Licence
