The Role

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of new instructions, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (or Senior QS ready for the next step) to join our commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

Full commercial and contractual management of live projects from inception to final account Procurement of subcontract packages (bespoke joinery, stone, decorative finishes, AV/smart home, etc.) Preparation and agreement of interim valuations and variations Cost management, forecasting, and reporting Managing client and subcontractor accounts with a commercial yet collaborative approach Risk management and early identification of contractual entitlements Working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams in a hands-on, site-based environment

About You

Experience with a main contractor or high-end residential specialist Proven track record on prime / super-prime residential projects in Central London Strong knowledge of JCT D&B and Traditional contracts Excellent measurement and take-off ability (traditional and digital) Confident negotiator with subcontractors and professional teams Degree qualified (Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management) Stable career history
