We are seeking a skilled and ambitious

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join our team, with a clear path to progress into a leadership role managing our Quantity Surveying department. You will oversee commercial aspects of high-end residential projects valued between 5M and 15M, ensuring cost efficiency and exceptional quality.

This role is ideal for a driven professional passionate about luxury construction and ready to take on leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for high-end residential projects (1M-5M). Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and procurement strategies. Oversee project financials, ensuring value for clients while maintaining high standards. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to deliver bespoke solutions. Mentor junior Quantity Surveyors and support team development. Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Contribute to strategic growth, with opportunities to lead the Quantity Surveying department.

Requirements

Experience

: Min 3-5+ years as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in high-end residential projects.

Qualifications

: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Skills

: Expertise in cost management, budgeting, and procurement. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Leadership potential and ability to mentor others.
