Key Responsibilities
Manage cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for high-end residential projects (1M-5M).
Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and procurement strategies.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to deliver bespoke solutions.
Mentor junior Quantity Surveyors and support team development.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Requirements
Experience
: Min 3-5+ years as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in high-end residential projects.
Qualifications
: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
