Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Quantity Surveyor
to support our Site Project Manager (SPM) on UK-based construction projects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career Quantity Surveyor looking to gain hands-on site and commercial experience within a growing project team.This is a
hybrid role
, combining site-based and remote work as required by the project, and in anindependent contractor basis
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, manage, and review
cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
Carry outquantity take-offs
and prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) Evaluatetenders, quotations, and subcontractor applications
Prepare and assessinterim valuations, variations, and final accounts
Monitor project costs and identify potentialcost risks and savings
Assist the SPM withcommercial reporting and cost control
Review contracts and supportcommercial compliance
with agreed terms Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the site team Maintain accurate and up-to-datecommercial documentation and records
QUALIFICATIONS
Up to 1 year of experience
as a Quantity Surveyor, or agraduate with relevant work experience
Degree in Quantity Surveying
or a related disciplineFluent in English
(written and spoken) Eligible forhybrid working
(site and remote)Valid CSCS card
(or willing to obtain)Full UK driving license
Applicant musthave a right to work in the UK

Pay: 2,035.00-4,000.00 per month
