Job Summary
As high end residential specialists, due to an increase in workload we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee a number of private clients projects. All projects are within 25 miles of the Newbury area. You will be working on a wide variety of projects, from New Build private homes to the upgrade of Country Manor houses. Experience in private residential construction is essential.
Responsibilities and Duties
Preparing and reviewing main contracts (JCT experience preferred)
Assessing and awarding purchase orders to successful subcontractors.
Job cost management- costs incurred v budget cost plan
Completing monthly valuations
Working up and costing variations as they arise
Attend regular client and team meeting
Procure direct materials for the site teams
Qualifications and Skills
Experience and track record in residential construction is essential and good communication is paramount.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
