We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role, based in the UK, is crucial for ensuring cost-effective project management and delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of excellence in stonemasonry.

Responsibilities



Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects Monitor project budgets and expenditures Conduct risk assessments and manage financial risks Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders Analyse contracts and negotiate terms Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Provide financial reports and forecasts Support project planning and scheduling

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Strong understanding of cost control principles Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CostX, Excel) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
