LCM Group are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Quantity Surveyor

to join our dynamic team working as a main contractor in the Industrial , Insurance , Healthcare and Commercial sector across the UK. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring that financial aspects of construction projects are meticulously controlled and monitored. This position requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of cost control processes, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with the company's Directors.

Holidays 21 days Plus Bank Holidays Hours 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday Based at LCM's Head in Preston
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 55,000.00-60,000.00 per year
