The Role

As a

Quantity Surveyor

, you will take responsibility for the financial and contractual management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will play a key role in the success of some truly exciting and

outstanding

builds. Responsibilities include:


Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts Overseeing subcontractor procurement, contracts, and payments Monitoring financial progress and producing regular reports Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts Supporting project teams to ensure commercial efficiency and success

The Person

We are looking for an individual who brings:


Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction Strong commercial and financial acumen Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
