Quantity Surveyor
to join our close-knit team in Wakefield.

The Role
As a
Quantity Surveyor at BCP
, you'll take full ownership of one large-scale new build project (typically 10-15m) from concept to completion. You'll handle cost management, forecasting, and subcontractor relationships, ensuring the project stays on track financially and operationally.
You'll be a key part of our management team, working directly with the business owners in a supportive environment where collaboration and respect drive every decision.
Lead the commercial management of high-value new build care home projects
Oversee cost control, cashflow, valuations, and forecasting
Appoint and manage subcontractors, ensuring strong commercial performance
Work closely with site teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver excellence
Based in Wakefield, with site visits nationwide once or twice a month
40-hour week, with flexibility for hybrid working
Who We're Looking For
Experienced
Quantity Surveyor
from residential or commercial construction
Confident managing projects from inception to completion
Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment
Looking for autonomy, trust, and long-term progression, not just another job
Based within commuting distance of Wakefield
(We'll also consider a motivated Graduate with the right attitude and drive to learn, who we can develop)
