Essex & London
, and we are looking for a drivenTrainee Quantity Surveyor
to join our expanding commercial team.This is an
office-based, performance-led role
with huge career growth for the right person.Key Responsibilities:
Tendering for new works
across domestic and commercial projectsPricing jobs accurately
and preparing cost estimates Sending quotations and following up with clients Helping tobring new work into the business
Cost control and margin protection on projects Liaising with suppliers and site teams Assisting with variations, valuations and final accounts Supporting senior management with commercial reportingWhat We're Looking For:
A strong interest in
Quantity Surveying & Construction
Confident withnumbers, pricing and profit margins
Ability to negotiate and communicate professionally Self-motivated and commercially driven Organised with good attention to detail Must be happy workingoffice-based
Previous construction or estimating experience is an advantageJob Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
