Quantity Surveyor

to join our team.

Role Overview

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, ensuring contractual compliance, and supporting successful project delivery from tender through to completion. This role is ideal for someone proactive, commercially aware, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation Manage project costs, budgets, and financial forecasting Conduct site measurements and valuations Review contracts, variations, and claims Monitor subcontractor performance and payments Prepare monthly cost reports and progress documentation Support procurement and negotiate supplier rates Ensure projects meet financial, contractual and regulatory requirements Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Requirements

Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a relevant field Proven experience within construction/EPC projects Strong knowledge of contracts, tendering, and commercial management Proficient in estimating and QS software (e.g. Excel, CostX, etc.) Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
