As Real Assets PA-Real Estate Equity you will be responsible for looking after Teams across both the Real Estate Equity and Private Credit sides of the business. What you will be doing:

  • Ambassador and point of contact for the business, both internally and externally, requiring high levels of responsibility and accountability for all tasks
  • Where appropriate, proactively manage the teams\xe2\x80\x99 diaries, initiating and scheduling meetings, both internally and externally
  • Planning ahead (often up to 18 months in advance)
  • Dealing with day-to-day problems and demonstrating an ability to multi-task
  • Ability to understand and pre-empt the logistics required for all aspects of diary management
  • Prepare and provide relevant papers for all meetings as required
  • Liaise with internal suppliers for internal and external meetings (AV, catering, etc)
  • Ability to draft correspondence to a high standard
  • Produce and co-ordinate client presentations/reports to a high standard within tight timeframes ensuring they are brand compliant
  • Produce and circulate Property Summaries for Real Estate Equity Investment Committee meetings
  • Produce Annual Strategy Reports to a high standard
  • Undertake processing of legal documents in accordance with LGIM Real Assets Signing procedures
  • Proactively manage electronic filing systems and, where necessary, archiving paper files ensuring all archived files are properly catalogued to ensure efficient recall from archive.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation as appropriate for business trips, conferences (UK and/or overseas) and site visits
  • Raising IT support requests to ensure there is an audit trail for all items requested
  • Deal with and complete any other ad hoc projects as and when they arise, eg arranging offsites for the team and other social events


Qualifications
  • Educated to A level standard or higher
  • Secretarial qualifications or equivalent and/or the ability to demonstrate a proven track record
  • In depth experience within industry/commercial environment. Ideally with experience in Property and/or Financial Services sector.
  • Proactive, forward thinking approach to tasks

  • Intermediate/advanced levels of ability in the following Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
