Position Overview
The Real Estate Associate supports the EMEA Real Estate team across lease administration, portfolio analysis, pipeline and critical date management, reporting management, presentation decks preparation, liaison with internal stakeholders and external landlords or/and agents.
Based in London, this role will work in close partnership with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Controllership, Retail Planning, Design & Construction Teams, to ensure seamless coordination throughout the lifecycle of Real Estate projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain high organizational standards to ensure accuracy of all EMEA Real Estate internal reporting
Prepare regular reporting tools, including critical date trackers and project reports
Ensure all Real Estate databases are accurate and systematically updated
Analyze, compile and summarize market and performance data to produce executive-level reporting for senior leadership
Create, refine and tailor Real Estate presentations for external landlord meetings, adapting content to audience and strategic objectives
Coordinate the bi-weekly EMEA Real Estate meeting agenda and supporting materials with relevant teams
Produce high-quality presentation materials for Real Estate projects requiring regional or global approvals
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across equivalent cross-functional levels, ensuring alignment and timely flow of information
Support with initial financial modeling with Finance to help accelerate feasibility assessments
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Experience in a similar capacity with a premium retailer or global retail consulting or advisory firm
Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail, ensuring full process and audit compliance
Demonstrate solid ability to gather, interpret and present demographic and financial data in executive formats
Commercially astute with strong numerical and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong relationship builder with collaborative mindset and effective interpersonal skills
