The Role



This is a full-time position for a confident hospitality professional who has career advancement and development in mind.

Working between reservations and reception you will be taking care of guest's reservations, arrivals & departures, phone calls, emails and any requests in order to provide the most memorable guest experience. This position is ideal for anyone who already has experience in front office and reception and would like to take a further step into reservations. The successful candidate will be able to move seamlessly between administration & hosting duties, and would benefit from some food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities



Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs efficiently, utilising hospitality software. Provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Uphold phone etiquette while handling calls and providing information to guests. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.

Pay: 25,400.00 per year
