To provide reception and telephone services for Forum Energy Technologies.
Key Responsibilities: (Key Tasks)
Create a professional impression of Forum Energy Technologies through courteous, friendly and efficient routing of telephone calls and professional interaction with visitors.
Carry out administrative duties of a non-confidential matter.
To provide the following reports in a timely manner; movements lists and weekend working rota's.
To administer the allocations of the conference and meeting rooms.
To provide cover during the absence of the other receptionist.
Carry out any other tasks that are within capabilities as directed by the HR department.

Provide email notification on daily absences
To administrator the allocations of the conference and meeting rooms
Education/Qualifications (essential):
Educated to GSCE level
Technical Competencies (essential):
Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work and resources appropriate to requirements
Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, continuously striving for improvements
Excellent IT skills: MS word, Excel
Strong Communication skills
Key Skills (essential):
Prior telephone switchboard experience
Computer literate and preferably have basic knowledge in the Microsoft Office applications
Professional manner and appearance, efficient and courteous
Good communication skills, learning ability and proactive personality
Be able to work under pressure
Ability to co-operate and work well with others
Be flexible for additional coverage
Must be very organised, dependable and flexible
Experience (essential):
Prior telephone switchboard experience
1-3 years administrative work
Must be computer literate
QHSE Competencies:
Maintain behaviour in compliance with Forum HSE requirements.
Maintain responsibility and accountability through personal commitment and behaviour.
Report any unsafe or environmentally unsound acts and conditions to their immediate supervisor such that remedial action can be taken to manage the risk.
