About Us



Horizon Magna Motor Group is a privately owned motor retail business established in Poole in 1971. We proudly represent Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Mitsubishi and Changan across 12 dealerships located in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, and Wiltshire.

The Role



As Receptionist & Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors to the dealership, both in person and over the telephone. You will play a key role in ensuring a professional reception experience while providing accurate and efficient administrative support to the Sales and Service departments.

Key Responsibilities:



As the first point of contact for all visitors to the dealership, in person and over the telephone Welcoming customers and ensuring their comfort while waiting Handling incoming telephone calls and accurately directing them within the team Tracking calls and supporting timely follow-ups where required Understanding customer queries and assisting in their resolution where possible Maintaining high standards in reception, showroom, and customer waiting areas Managing refreshment and stationery supplies Preparing outgoing mail Providing accurate administrative support to the Sales and Service departments, including filing and record maintenance Supporting general office organisation and upkeep

What We're looking for:



Previous reception and/or administrative experience Clear, professional, and courteous communication skills A well-organised and methodical approach with strong attention to detail A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative A strong customer focus and enjoyment of working as part of a team Motor trade experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
