Salary:

NJC Grade C: 24,790 - 25,584 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern:

This is a part-time. permanent position working 7.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year from September 2025. These hours are to be worked on Mondays - 8.30am - 4.30pm.


We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly motivated Receptionist to join our administrative team.


The School Receptionist needs to be a dynamic and supportive individual, who will play a vital role in the smooth daily operation of the school. As the customer-facing, first point of contact for parents, staff, and students, the successful candidate will handle a wide variety of day-to-day matters, from forgotten PE kits to misplaced bus passes, always responding with professionalism, kindness and efficiency. The role is fast-paced, in a consistently busy environment, with frequent phone enquiries - so flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential.


The suitable candidate must be an excellent team player, have excellent communication skills, and remain calm under pressure. If you have the ability to work independently, have strong interpersonal skills, and have a commitment to our values and ethos, we would love to hear from you.
