My name is Michael, I am the owner of Littlehampton Natural Health Centre. I took over the clinic in 2017, with the clinic being established in Littlehampton since 1992. Since 2017 we have fully renovated the clinic, brought on some incredible practitioners and now serve our community with the highest quality of care and customer service.
We are looking for a part-time Receptionist / Clinic Assistant to help run our busy front desk. The clinic runs at a fast pace, and the role includes answering calls, replying to emails, scanning in and preparing paperwork, using computerised diary management software, managing the flow of patients throughout the clinic, and other tasks to keep the clinic functioning at its best.
We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background, is confident in themselves and has strong communication skills both face to face and over the telephone. The job is fast paced and you often need to think on your feet, while multitasking and maintaining an eye for detail.
