Job Description

Are you friendly, organised, and professional? We're looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our busy dental practice and be the first point of contact for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner Manage appointment scheduling efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks Ensure the reception area remains clean, tidy, and welcoming Support the clinical team with day-to-day front-desk operations
What We're Looking For:

Previous receptionist or front-desk experience (dental or healthcare preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail A calm, friendly manner with a patient-focused attitude
