From first contact to discharge from a course of treatment, the front of house experience is key to delivering the "laid back vibe" for which we are known.
If you have a passion for first class customer service, an interest in dentistry and want to be part of a professional, fun, energetic & committed team then this is the role for you! And don't worry if you've no experience in dentistry, full training will be provided.
No two days will feel quite the same, but they will all involve you in making every patient's experience with us simple, smooth & effortless. Whether dealing with a new or existing patient routine enquiry, a request for emergency dental assistance, explaining cost and payment options for a treatment or working with a clinician to plan the steps of a complex extended treatment, your ability to listen and understand each patient's unique questions & concerns will ensure they feel understood and well informed.

general IT skills
Previous dental experience whilst helpful, isn't essential as comprehensive training programme will support the successful candidate.
