Personal Assistant & Social Media Lead - Boutique Beauty Salon (Sandwell Area)
Requirement: Tuesday to Saturday
Hours: 9:30- 2:30 per day
Salary: 12.50- 13 per hour
A well-established beauty salon in the Sandwell area is seeking an experienced and organised Personal Assistant who can also support with social media management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in both its daily operations and online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out general administrative duties
Managing and fulfilling customer orders
Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
Assisting with social media content, scheduling, and engagement
Overseeing and maintaining the booking platform for both UK-based and international clients
Requirements
:
Previous experience in an administrative or PA role
Strong face to face customer service skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication
Confident using booking systems and social media platforms
Must have experience using Canva and CapCut
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
A positive, professional, and proactive approach
Working Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday.
5-6 hours per day, depending on business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Hair and Beauty.
Interviews will be taking place from Sunday 7th December 2025.
