We are recruiting a 0.6FTE 22.2 hours per week Recovery Coach to join our FS BANES Team to support in providing low level tier 2 support for people across Bath and North East Somerset. FS BANES aims to provide people with flexible, tailored support. The service will also link in with other agencies to overcome barriers which can prevent people from achieving their goals.

The role is 0.6FTE 22.2 hrs per week Monday to Friday Flexible working can be considered The current contract runs until March 2026 Place of work will be at our office in Southgate St, Bath with a combination of working from home.

About you


You will:


Have Skills in supporting clients to maintain their accommodation/tenancy and lead their recovery journey, to maximize their choice and control and be passionate about improving the lived experience and health of people using mental health services A proven knowledge and understanding of the care and support requirements of people with complex and multiple needs relating to homelessness, mental health, offending, drugs and alcohol Solutions focused 'can do' approach Good standard of IT skills Proven experience of outreach or floating support work, demonstrating persistence and flexibility and a range of strategies in successfully supporting clients to engage Proven ability to build relationships, and to work collaboratively and successfully in a team environment across sectors and agencies
