The role:




The main purpose of the job is to ensure the Partners and Financial Advisers are given a personalised application experience, supporting them on every step of the way through the application process. Working with key team members across the business, your main responsibility will be to obtain the relevant information from potential recruits, identifying any potential risks/financial concerns and submit the recruit's application. You're also responsible for ensuring Salesforce is fully updated and all the required documents have been collated, to support a smooth and positive onboarding journey. You will collaborate closely with Senior managers in the Recruitment and Regulatory Authorisations team

We are looking for a dedicated administrator, who is professional, excellent written and verbal English with a vibrant, social and collaborative approach to team work.A flare for systems and accuracy who can strive for an excellent services and processes.


What you'll be doing:




Ensure Partners and Advisers have the information they require during their application journey. Complete personalised application meetings with the recruits, via telephone, Teams or Zoom Provide tailored, operational and administrative support to Partners and Advisers regarding any operational issue or request they may have during their journey Complete data entry to provide correct management information (MI) and reporting is accurate for payment reconciliations Coordinate with managers in Recruitment, to ensure to provide a professional and efficient service Submit applications with relevant information required in line with our documented processes and procedures Submit tailored applications for individuals changing the current structure of their business Create custom offer letters for new recruits Support the wider Operations Team in the delivery of business objectives, and contribute towards improving processes

Essential Criteria



Confident and technically able to complete a variety of Zoom and MS Teams calls Excellent attention to detail, and exemplary accuracy when completing documents and forms and other administrative duties Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Outlook capabilities

Desirable Criteria




Experience or exposure to Customer Relationships Management (CRM) Systems ideally Salesforce Experience or exposure to online portals and systems, such as DocuSign, or SmartIQ or equivalent
