What Youll Be Doing
As a Recruitment & HR coordinator youll:
Administer and coordinate all recruitment and onboarding processes
Ensuring all Recruitment and HR documents are sent and received, recorded, uploaded and logged on the HR systems
Be our brands ambassador by promoting the companys social media presence and careers page
To maintain the ATS and on boarding process, ensuring future candidates all receive the same level of service consistency is key.
Help produce monthly reports of recruitment effectiveness and efficiency
Support hiring managers and HR Advisors with the preparation of job descriptions, competency profiles, selection/assessment toolkits and salary benchmarking
Ensure the confidentiality of all written and verbal communications is adhered to in accordance with GDPR and internal procedures
Accurate maintenance of employee records through the companys HR Systems including supporting the setup of new starters, amendments, leavers and scanning/uploading relevant documentation and or resetting passwords
Running regular reports through the HR systems to ensure we have all documents required
Organise meetings as requested
Evaluating and selecting candidate applications including initial screening and shortlisting when needed
Support with keeping the Employee Handbook up to date and compliant
Support HR meetings with accurate minute taking and production of minutes
Support with the Induction and on boarding of new joiners with regards to the induction morning, on boarding packs and road maps, role specific. Mapping out an employees life cycle from 0-6 months, to probation sign off
Undertake any other duties and tasks as reasonably required to ensure the successful operation of the HR/Payroll team
Provide any other administrative support as required
Provide a high level of general administrative support to the HR/Payroll department in line with employment legislation and the Company/Mercedes-Benz standards and processes

Experience in recruitment
Knowledge and experience of using social media as a recruitment tool
Previous experience of Head Hunting
