We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager / Head of Resourcing to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.

Your remit will be to support all group companies where you will lead (in a hands on capacity) and advise on all recruitment efforts ensuring we maximise direct attraction whilst also knowing when to engage with external suppliers to ensure service levels aren't put at risk.

Key Responsibilities



Lead attraction strategy, designing and delivering a market-leading approach to attract talent Review and develop effective direct sourcing strategies to enhance candidate experience and minimize recruitment costs. Oversee recruitment for all group companies Partner with senior stakeholders to influence retention strategies and reduce attrition. Build a high-performing process, seeking smarter, more agile ways of working whilst optimising technology. Become a brand champion ensuring exceptional candidate experience Act as a strategic partner supporting the leadership team in facilitating growth Manage resource related third-party suppliers and contracts, negotiating agency rates, whilst formalising a preferred supplier list. Develop and maintain live resourcing data to assist decision making including oversight of recruitment spend Work alongside the Head of HR in developing policies and processes to ensure a rigorous approach Continuously improve the recruitment process, including the implementation of a new applicant tracking system.

What We're Looking For



A 'hands on' proven recruitment leader, who can evidence a collaborative and commercial people-focused approach Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership ideally with experience of recruiting within FM or Construction (however not essential) Proven experience in leading a recruitment /resourcing function in a stand-alone capacity, working alongside HR Strong strategic thinking and with good problem-solving skills. Sound understanding of recruitment processes and compliance requirements. Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement new processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations Data literate with an interest and the ability to provide insightful and meaningful data driven reporting to enhance decision making Evidence of sound financial acumen alongside commercial know how A passion for improvement and internal talent development

Pay: 55,000.00-65,000.00 per year
