Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, or related field)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR roles preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
